The arrangement was not what was displayed on the site, at all. Not even close. I placed the original order yesterday around 1130 am for same day delivery and it was not delivered a day late. Overall it was a disappointing order experience this time.

I was disappointed that the arrangement did not have yellow sunflowers as shown in picture. They were orange. Also thought the arrangement was smaller than I thought it was going to be. Your descriptions should include size of arrangement, that would be more helpful in picking a size.

We were gone when the flowers arrived. Since we have a covered porch and the "flower cake" was in a "cake box" they were left at our front door. When we arrived home we brought them in. My wife was completely surprised with the "flower cake". She had already accepted the fact that she would not have a cake for her birthday. This order made sure she did. About 6 PM we received a call from the florist that delivered the "cake". They wanted to make sure we had seen the order at the front door AND that it was it was still in good order. This is a first, receiving a follow up call from the florist. Great service and great product.
