Very pleased when I used this service before, the vase showed ribbons attached and these were missing and there was fewer flowers than expected.
Easy to order and delivered efficiently
I felt the flowers were very close to the pic on the site. I was a little bummed about the $14 delivery/ handling fee, but I haven't ordered flowers in a while so that may be customary or lower than normal. I would use this again.

Amount of flowers, vase, and presentation were different
Wish i was able to get the first item i picked, but said it had to be over 34$ to ship to that area, what area does it have to be to order those items...But the free shipping deal helped!... Order was delivered today,the delivery person even called me,because there was no answer at the door, told her to check backyard,and she did... Happy little Grandson...thank you...

Good but would have liked the delivery to be on the same day as advertised. But they called right away to notify the delivery would be a day late and refunded the cost of same day delivery.

The order was a birthday gift to our best friend on the occasion of her birthday. I was very impressed that you could.and did...deliver on the day requested (at very short notice from me.) and she was both excited and delighted at "how GORGEOUS!" the flowers are. Funny story. Obviously they were to be a surprise. It so happened she and I were having a phone conversation when she had to excuse herself for 'Call Waiting' and when she returned told me it was a local florist asking if she would be home all day as there was a delivery. While she was wondering "who sent me flowers?" it was so hard not to tell. I could only laugh and suggest it was her son (in NY). When the delivery was made from the same florist...two vases of beautiful flowers. Ours...and one from her son, lol. Thank you for enhancing a dear friend's special day.
