I had a get well balloon bouquet delivered to my grandson who lives in Las Vegas, NV. He had undergone surgery. I placed the order online where I live in Florida. They balloons were delivered as promised, the same day. He was very pleased. He's happy, so Grandma is happy too.
The online site is very easy to work around in to see all that is offered and prices and it walks you through placing the order. That is a wonderful thing for people who are not very computer literate. I work at a computer all day, therefore its not surprising I could get my way around the site. I truly feel, someone like my elderly parents who are not at all computer literate would have no trouble.

I placed an order fromBC, Canada to Seattle. In these times I was impressed with the efficiency. However, I was not impressed with the amount of emails sent! Most had nothing to do with the actual order. They were all about a discount on my next order, which I don't have any plans to make an order.

I have had issues in the flower arrangements that were not as I had ordered or you not providing the flower arrangement I had originally ordered. Also, delivery has been a problem, the arrangement has been delivered late even though I paid extra for early delivery. Not very satisfied with this service but I keep giving you another chance to make this delivery complete and right.

I've been looking for something like this for a few days. Nothing turned up on searches, and suddenly it's in an ad on my computer. The flowers I've gotten up to now have been perfect, but I don't like having an add-on fee as an option, but already checked for me to take it. I've had to dump entire orders and start over for stuff like that. I don't like getting stuck for perks that I don't need.
My friend sent me a picture of what she received. I'm glad she liked it, but it wasn't what I ordered. I had already sent her a sunshine bouquet in a smiley mug. This was supposed to be in a teacup with a saucer, in green. She got the bouquet I ordered, but in another smiley mug.
