I emailed your company 3 times and spoke to someone in customer service. I was told that I would get exactly what the picture had shown. That was not the case. The florist did the best they could but it did not come close to what I had ordered. I don't blame the florist, I blame the people that work for your company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
