My sister received her flowers I sent and said they were beautiful fresh and loved the arrangement. She especially liked the sunflowers. She also noted the delivery man was very courteous and pleasant. Since I work for a florist I was very happy to hear her delight.
Same-day delivery was cancelled. So the next day I thought I'd be one of the first deliveries. 5 hours later still not delivered. So I called customer service and she says it will be delivered sometime today.very disappointed.
