I think you should not have to look for coupons to reduce overall cost as well as wait till the very end to see what your total cost of sending flowers is.

I was happy about everything except handling fees, thought they were a little high. Flowers were delivered within specified hours. I'm always cautious about ordering from a website, what you see is not necessarily what you get. I received a pic of the bouquet and they were beautiful. Definitely will order from your site again. Extremely satisfied

Horrible service

Horrible service. In the am on Tuesday, I ordered and paid for same day delivery. Delivery was not completed same day. I had to call Wednesday afternoon to inquire. Although there person on the phone was pleasant, it was a very frustrating experience. The flowers finally arrived Wednesday afternoon and it was the wrong arrangement. I paid for the delux and only received the regular (per customer service I should have received 6 sunflowers, the arrangement only had 4). Again I had to call which took an additional 15 minutes from my day. The solution from your end was to refund my money and pick up the flowers from the person they were delivered to?!? I will never use your service again.

I ordered a fall arrangement yesterday for same day delivery. No it did not get delivered yesterday. Yes I received an alology email. But I am very unhappy. It was very important that it was sent yesterday due to personal reasons. I was very disappointed in that fact. Is there anything you can do to change my opinion as to order from you again? As of right now I'm not very happy
