I ordered flowers for my mothers BIRTHDAY, paid for them to arrive in the morning... they arrived at 3pm. I live in another state and didnt see what the flowers looked like until 7pm when a picture was sent to me. Nothing clooooseee to what I ordered. I paid for premium flowers and what was delivered looked like something I could have easily picked up at a gas station. I called to complain, was told I would receive a 30% refund, a $10 coupon on my next purchase and that they would send the right flowers the next morning along with birthday balloons and extra flowers. Here we are almost 5pm and my mom still hasnt received anything. I wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering anything
The flowers receives were not the flowers that were picked online. I was very unsatisfied with the ones received for the price that was paid. There was a call made and we were told to send pictures of what was ordered and what we received. I did send the email with those pictures.
Only thing i was not happy little bit with service charge of around $15 to my order. Not sure what this is for, is it for same day delivery.
I would like to have been able to have the signature as I wanted and not be limited on letters.
This was my first time ordering fromyouflowers.com, not only did my order not make it in time it didn't look like it was the same bouquet I ordered. While it still was a pretty arrangement, it wasn't the same colors that I ordered. I really thought it was going to look like the picture online. Silly me!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
