After confirming what I ordered with you via phone to insure no mistakes, you messed up my mom's funeral order by delivering one arrangement when I ordered two. I am trying again to see if you have improved on a personal order for myself. This time was better with a nice arrangement delivered on time.

Arrangement was very pretty and arrived as requested. Only comment is that the flowers were supposed to be fall flowers & fall colors. They were pinks.

There was no banner. The words were glittered on two leaves so I could not keep them. This was the only disappointment. I will definitely order from fromyouflowers.com again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
