It was great. I think the shipping price was a little high and I didn't like the hidden advertisements throughout my ordering experience that had I not 'clicked" the box then I would have ended up with extra mail and emails.

Advertisement said same day delivery. Since it was Friday and flowers were being delivered to a business that was closed on weekends, I made the order. I think they even added a same-day upcharge. Got call late Friday saying they couldn't find an Indianapolis florist that could deliver that day and flowers would be delivered Monday. They said they would bump up to the next larger bouquet but how would I ever know if they did? Call up the recipient and ask "How big was that bouquet anyway - can you measure it!" Did not offer to refund the delivery charge which would a more satisfactory consolation. Man on phone was not really apologetic - sounded more like he just wanted me to say ok and get off the phone.

Easy and quick- and beautiful flowers
It is difficult to rate flowers that you have ordered for someone else-I can only judge from their comments
And they are always going to be favourable!
I have never seen any of the orders I have placed.

I was happy with everything right up until the planter arrived and did not look like what I ordered online. First, it was in a cheap looking basket, the one I ordered was in a bowl type dish which is one of the reasons I ordered it. Second, the one online was all plants which I preferred but the one that was delivered had fake fall colored leaves and a bow among other things stuck into it. When fall is over there will be big empty spaces in it. It's nice looking but it doesn't look anything like what I ordred.

Flowers came in a box my wife had to use taller vase for long stem roses, hardly any baby breath to make it look full. Sorry but I'm out of town and she sent pictures, little disappointed. GLENN PENA
