My second time using your service. I was charged $2.99 for same day delivery the first time. However the flowers were not delivered on the same day. This time I am not requesting same day and I am ordering on-line versus calling.

I ordered the two heart bamboo plants. One of the plant stems look yellow, I think it will live. Also I didn't realize that the planter would need to be assembled, fortunately my husband was out of the office when it was delivered and I completed the task.

The finished product looked nothing like what was advertised on the site. I was expecting a bouquet of at least 7 sunflowers (what was shown in the picture) but what was received was 4 sunflowers with lots of green filler.

I would appreciate if the delivery charges were an 'up front' billing item, rather than after the payment.

Receiver of flowers was very happy.
I opted for the premium flower arrangement and felt that I didn't notice the difference between it and the display (which is supposed to be one step bellow premium). Looking back at the picture there is a small filler flower that is pictured which isn't present in my bouquet. That being said, the arrangement is still quite beautiful and my wife was very delighted with it, so I am pleased and would use your website again. Thank you. It is just important to have the picture accurately reflect the product or make clear the normal variations.
It was great. I think the shipping price was a little high and I didn't like the hidden advertisements throughout my ordering experience that had I not 'clicked" the box then I would have ended up with extra mail and emails.
Advertisement said same day delivery. Since it was Friday and flowers were being delivered to a business that was closed on weekends, I made the order. I think they even added a same-day upcharge. Got call late Friday saying they couldn't find an Indianapolis florist that could deliver that day and flowers would be delivered Monday. They said they would bump up to the next larger bouquet but how would I ever know if they did? Call up the recipient and ask "How big was that bouquet anyway - can you measure it!" Did not offer to refund the delivery charge which would a more satisfactory consolation. Man on phone was not really apologetic - sounded more like he just wanted me to say ok and get off the phone.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
