This is my 3rd time to place an order with your company. Up to this point, I had been extremely pleased with the service and overall experience of the products ordered. Where did things go wrong? I recently received an email that stated I could redeem points earned for money off of my next purchase (code DCFD). It wasn't until I was in the middle of placing my 3rd order, that I learned that multiple discounts cannot be applied at same time. I feel that this is absolutely false advertisement! While I understand that the company needs to make money, this approach is extremely misleading to your customers. Customers believe that they are getting a 20% discount; however, by the time the delivery fee and the handling service fee is applied, there are no savings. "Fromyouflowers" then sends out an email that indicates you can deem points to earn $12.19 off of your next order (i.e. 20%) - which is no good because you cannot use it in conjunction with the already 20% off special that your company runs EVERYDAY! So what is the purpose of sending out the "redeemable" emails? Something to think about...how about you start allowing people to apply 2 discount codes at same time and chances are those customers just might order something much more expensive! Otherwise, you're going to continue with customers ordering what is within their price range always and that's likely on the lower end of the price due to the high cost that's added on for deliver and handling.

The picture in your website does not match the product delivered. In your website, it's full of flowers, the one delivered to me has more leaves than flowers, I'm very disappointed for the price of 100$ I didn't get my money's worth..
