The flowers were just as described and as they appeared in the photo on line. The display waa tasteful and very appropriate for a viewing /funeral.
The recipient of the flowers said they were beautiful.
It was left with a neighbor, I guess for a signature that I didn't know was required at the time that I ordered it. When I placed the order I didn't ask for a signature nor did I say it was ok to leave on front porch, because I didn't know I needed to specify it. Never have before!
The flowers received were not the same flowers I ordered; I was very disappointed as I chose the arrangement because I liked the tight floral arrangement with more orange roses and pink carnations, which was not what was delivered. I sent it as a gift and was not happy when the recipient sent me a picture.
It was quick and easy, and pretty flowers!
I like being able to use PayPal and to see exactly what floral arrangement will be sent.

Great so far, too bad some of the gift baskets could not be delivered for several days - you could have sold the Spa Basket and the Wine basket if you had better delivery options. I did have to call at 4:00pm, as only one of the five items I had ordered was delivered. Once I called the wait to speak with a person was kind of long, but compared to most places these days wasn't bad. The customer service rep was knowledgeable, spoke great English (a plus), and had the answer to my inquiry in a timely manner. Overall your service is above average.
