The flowers delivered were nothing like the picture which I ordered from. I ordered all pinks.but what came were all fall colors instead. Which were very beautiful...but u asked. I'm ok with that...but maybe put in a disclaimer saying the arrangement could be totally different than pictured. Maybe it was there but I didn't see it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
