EDIT: Order did not arrive in the promised time frame. This has been the second order I have placed with fromyouflowers and both times you did not meet committed delivery time frame. When I order flowers, it is for a time-sensitive purpose. Will continue searching until I find a reliable service.
On 9/18/2017 I ordered flowers and a balloon to be delievered for my friends Birthday on October 3rd 2017. My friend did not receive anything and when I called 'FromyouFlowers' today I was told that the florist had 'forgotten' the order... You would think they send out a replacement right away... No... Still waiting 3 hours later. Very disappointed - I would never order from them again.
The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time!

Quick and easy. The displayed flowers as best I could tell did not have lilies. Lilies were incljded. But the recipiant was very pleased. He was especially happy with the colors of the arrangement.

It was fine. During the check out process, I wish I was able to know the total sooner. I didn't realize what the total was until I logged into my PayPal and it asked me to confirm the $40 purchase. I didn't realize it had raised that high until after I already paid... and I wasn't able to choice different options in order to help lower the total. Other than that it was good, the flowers arrived when they were supposed to, and were fairly inexpensive comparatively, so I'm happy.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
