Good promotions and easy site to use. The bouquet was delivered mid afternoon so that worked out, but in the photo I received from the friend the bouquet looked a little skimpy. I even had upgraded one level from the base offer. So for that, I think it wasn't up to par. Also, the mylar balloon needed some more ribbon to make it look special.
