The flowers have brown spots they look welted they were the wrong color, the picture vase turned out to be a paper cut out you have ro tape on they charged $13 for that alone. Not happy at all

Beautiful arrangement was delivered with no greeting card nor name on who sent arrangement. Recipient had to call flower shop to find out who sent the arrangement. After complaining to manager I was offered a coupon of 10% off next purchase and I felt was totally inadequate compensation.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
