My issue was that I got an email saying that the flowers were delivered at 6:52 pm, but that was not actually the case. The flowers didn't actually arrive until close to 9:00 pm. That would have been fine if I had not been told they arrived when they didn't. Very stressful experience!

I ordered a premium arrangement & paid a premium price. The arrangement on the website showed red roses in it. What he got was a nice arrangement but all of the roses were missing. The florist substituted red carnations for the roses. I am disappointed as my friend hates carnations & I specifically chose the arrangement because I knew he would like the style of it and the fact that I made sure to order one with red roses!
The flowers were not like the pic it real looked like a child put them in a vase most of the colors were on one side not mixed well

I placed my order to be delivered the same day and paid the additional and when they did not show up i called and they were to upsize them and deliver them the day of the funeral. The flowers were not upsized. This was my second time ever ordering from this site, but very disappointed this time.
The flowers were beautiful but 3 of the flowers were already losing pedals when we opened the box. I actually had to throw one of the flowers away. The other 2 flowers are very thin because of all the lost pedals. So although they were pretty the quality isn't the best.
My only issue was with the limit of characters for the signature line- needed 5 more characters to include 'love, ' before the names.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
