While the flowers were very pretty and my sister was very happy with them, they did not look like the picture! The picture had a part that was green going around and other orange flowers also going around (birthday cake flowers). The actual flowers only has green flowers going around and one orange flower on top. I would have liked them to have liked more like the picture.

Ordering was easy and the flowers arrived on the day expected. However I was told that (as I am in the UK) that we would be told when they were delivered and that did not happen.
I chose an arrangement that proved to be perfect, but I ordered it for the wrong day. When I realized it, I called, and without any problems the delivery date was changed to an earlier day. I was so grateful and happy.

First time using your service and I was very disappointed. I sent flowers (florist designed bouquet) for a friend's birthday but was shocked when she sent a pic. It was ugly! Normally when you send flowers the recipient tells you how lovely they are - not this time - a thank you but no comment on the flowers. Seeing the pic I could understand why.
Received call that flowers would be deleted between 12 and 2 pm and wanted to make sure someone would be home. We stayed at home during those hours luckily we continued to stay home until the flowers were delivered at 3 pm
Your should allow credit and discount code together. Flowers weren't so full like in the photos, more cheap flowers than what was shown.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
