This was the first time I used this site and I will never again! The flower arrangement that I was shown was beautiful and the one that was delivered was so totally different and cheap looking. I was so very disappointed when my daughter sent me the picture of the flowers I sent her for her birthday. I am still just sick about it and will never again use this site to order anything. I was told they were beautiful
I always use Fromyouflowers- I've always enjoyed my arrangements; however, this time, I ordered 3 sets and although I couldn't do same day or even next day delivery, 2 sets arrived a day later than the earliest available delivery date (which was already 5 days after purchase). Then, all were delivered in a box for the recipients to place and arrange themselves in the vase I paid for. The flowers smelled beautiful as always, but this time I wasn't very happy with the 3 floral arrangements that I purchased. I guess being I chose the No Delivery Fee coupon, I also "got what I paid for". These arrangements were purchased for 3 very dear friends who lost their homes during our devastating Hurricane Harvey, I just wish it would've been a more cheery receipt for them. As always I thank you and appreciate your service, just please make better chouces on my next order within next couple of weeks!
Didn't like how it added $2.99 for same day shipping even though it is going to be 2 day ship.
Also did not allow me to use my discount card with the on sale price. The flowers looked beautiful, the only thing was they were suppost to be blue and the were dark purple. They were still very nice though.
I did not see the flowers I bought, but heard today the yellow roses had been received on time and were LOVELY.

The prices are very good. Site is easy to navigate. I was a little surprised by the delivery fee. It seems a bit high. I think it should be stated in the section where customer chooses everything else.
