My Mom loved the flowering plant that we sent for her 90th birthday!
The site was good and the severe time was fine as well. Slightly problem with the delivery as the balloons ordered blew across the street because the package was left on the porch. Guess I can't fault nature but that was a bit disappointing.

I am so horribly dissatisfied with every single part of this order. I will not use this site again I should have not given it the chance and the delivery guy had a bad attitude. I was told the reason why same day delivery order was not delivered was because they got busy I don't care if you got busy you have a service to app old and you did not do so I'm not satisfied with my $3 same day shipping service fee refund because that defeats the whole purpose of why I NEEDED the flowers there yesterday not today. I have left a message with Colorado Springs florist and still have not received a phone call back just the delivery man with that horrible attitude I believe his name was Mike. You must absolutely have false advertising for good service and guarantees. We don't live up to your Guaranty you just say we got busy or what? This is not okay
The flowers were a lil different in color than I expected but they are pretty! Just liked the picture better than the actual bouquet.

I was very disappointed with the floral arrangement. I opted to pay extra for the "lush & more full" arrangement for a friend's fathers funeral. The arrangement looked nothing like portrayed online in fact a friend commented "it has alot of greenery & only a few lilies". Will stick to ordering the greenery baskets.
So far so good. How the flowers look will tell the rest of the story!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
