I believe the service fee is too high. I started out placing a $19 order and even with a 20% discount I spent $52. I don't understand that at all.
I ordered blue and white flowers and received purple and white. Also I ordered the delux package however there was no description on what it included.
My shopping experience on your website was great and very easy and I was happy to get a discount on my order. I ordered the premium version of the flowers arrangement and I was expecting it to be different from what was delivered to my mother for her birthday. The flowers that she received were nice enough but the arrangement wasn't neatly as full as the photo provided on the website. I am pretty disappointed with what she received and I feel like the information and photos provided on your website were misleading.

Shipping very expensive
The birthday bouquet I ordered for overnight delivery was not delivered on the date specified, it was delivered a day late. No explanation or apology was offered by the florist. I did ask for a refund for the overnight delivery cost, which I received promptly, and assurance the florist would deliver a new, fresh arrangement. Obviously it was all disappointing because the surprise for the birthday flowers was ruined which I had to apologize for. Plus I had to call fromyouflowers twice. The representatives were polite and did apologize. I think the issue has more to do with the florist that gets the order, I'm not sure. This was a let-down but I will probably use this company again because they were available and made it right.
