Very accommodating even though we needed to change delivery address, two times!
Did not expect to see a 'handling fee' but totally understandable! This was my first "Flowers Online" purchase and I must say that I am quite pleased with the entire process. The arrangement looked exactly as pictured and I am happy that one of the local (smaller) flower shops got the business.
I'm always happy with the "florist arranged" selection. Many times I find that my selection cannot be provided in the area needed and I am then asked to agree to a "similar substitute," so why not select the "florist arranged" which is often a lower price anyway.

I didn't get flowers delivered, after my order this company apparently called me (from a no caller ID) and they charged my card over 90 dollars for a single flower (which is already outrageous in itself) then proceeded to tell me that my flowers can't be delivered until I verify certain information, yet my card was still charged. The lady on the phone was absolutely useless in helping me. Do not use this company ever! Seriously use literally any other company to deliver flowers and I guarantee that you will have a better experience, if they even post this in the comment section which I doubt they will because that's how illegitimate this company is.

I chose the "florists design" arrangement to send to my daughter in law this week for her birthday. The last few times I have used your service I was happy with the arrangements you delivered but not this last one. It broke my heart when my daughter in law shared a photo with me after the flowers arrived...she was happy but I was disappointed. Very. It was the sorriest looking "bouquet " I've ever seen.
I have never complained about a service before, but when i spend over $40 on flowers I think I should at least be entitled to more than 3 half dead looking tulips. There was some green plants in the bouquet that looked like weeds.
I'm sorry but I wasn't happy at all with my last purchase and will never again allow a "florist" to design the arrangement for me!
