I thought it was weird that the order that I placed to be delivered to Choctaw, OK was sent from Arlington, Texas! In the past, a local florist has been used for other cities in OK. In fact, I ordered flowers on the same day or the day before to be delivered to Muskogee, OK & also Bartlesville, OK. They both were delivered the same or next day from local florists. I thought it was odd that the delivery to Choctaw came from another state! At the time I thought it strange that basically the same flower arrangement sent to Bartlesville was cheaper & could be sent the next day. The one to Choctaw took 2 days after I ordered it! I didn't know until I got a tracking email that it was being sent from Texas! Why didn't your company use a florist closer to Choctaw so the cost would have been lower & delivery faster?

My flowers arrived a day late and I paid additional charge for same day shipping. I was also unhappy with the charge of 14.99 that showed up after going through the selection process for handling fees. Be aware of shipping and handling fees that come up later in the process.
