The flowers were scheduled to arrive on my grandmother's birthday, 10/15/17 but were delivered on 10/14/17 instead. My husband's name was also spelled wrong.
These for for my husbands grandma and she just loved them!
There were no specification about charges for delivery and those charges appeared more expensive than what I expected

Needed flowers to be delivered to my cousin on her birthday. As it would happen, she was out for a bit which left me worried as to if items will be delivered. Luckily, she was called by the delivery person and they delivered it to her 3mins away at a nail salon. She said she felt extremely special and i felt happy that the service delivered the results i was hoping for.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
