Service Fee is too high!
Flowers did not come as ordered.They were supposed to be a full bouquet and the florist just threw in the roses with little care or presentation. The chocolates were only 4 in the box and they were all melted. The picture on the vase wasn't etched into the glass, it was just a photograph pasted into the inside of the glass. There is nowhere on the site that describes how the picture is applied. In fact the customer service rep couldn't even explain how it is done. They were supposed to give me a $15.00 credit and so far have only given me $9.00. I have ordered from them before and never had an issue. The rep said that if you don't order the flowers same day UPS delivers them. It was Orlando, FL. They should have put the chocolate on ice. Ridiculous
I think it is premature to ask if I would recommend or buy from again until I know the item met my expectations. I won't know this until after my order was received.

Not to the very end of the process do you show a handling fee - and a fee that costs almost as much as the flowers themselves. This is not a good business practice. I felt duped and if had more time would have gone to another vendor. Tell me up front what the cost will be!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
