Great service, delivered on time. The flower arrangement that was delivered was much less "full" of a bouquet than was pictured on the website, and had different/less flowers than pictured. Still very pretty arrangement, just not as expected.

Only concern was the same day delivery date changed to the next day and I never received a email stating that the Flowers order was delivered. I'm use to receiving an email stating: From You Flowers order #******* was delivered to the recipient name. I never received that email.
This is the second time I ordered flowers from this site. The first time I did not actually see the product. I had to go on the word of the recipient, and of course they said it was beautiful. The second time, I did the see the product and I thought it was a little skimpy for the price I paid. Maybe if there is a next time, I will go straight to the florist in the area.

The flowers although very pretty, did not look like the picture. I know this can happen, but I thought the bouquet would have been larger. The recipient was very happy and that's what matters! I have shipped elsewhere and have gotten rave reviews from the recipients. Thank You.
