The flowers were nice but not impressive, it's hard to pick the right bouquet online, but I like the same day service. The last order I made was very late so it took some courage to try again but this order went well so you have redeemed yourselves.

Easy to order. Same day delivery was a nice touch without being overly expensive. There is always some extra fee at the very end to raise the price but I feel like that is standard for such services and this was the least expensive from the other websites I checked. I always feel like I overpay for flower/gift delivery but definitely the best price I could find. Not sure about the quality of the final product as it was a gift and I didn't see it first hand.

The flowers were sent to a friend. The friend is recovering from major surgery so I do not know what the flowers were like. I won't find out for a week or so. I just know they were delivered on the day they were supposed to be sent.

First off your website says it will contact me as soon as you see there may be a delay. I ordered flowers for my daughter's graduation, at 4pm on delivery day still no flowers. I check and see they are still at UPS not out for delivery. I call from you flowers and they said "Sorry for the inconvenience." Inconvenience? My child graduates only 1 time. I place the order days in advance, and the flowers originated only 35 mile from my house and you failed to have them here? Also you did not call me to tll me and make other arrangements as your site says you would. I had to request that you make arrangements, but by that time you would'nt because I was on hold for 45 minutes and you claim all the stores would be closed. You did not even try. Then I am offered 25% refund. So I am to pay 75% of something that is not there and not in water, just sitting in a box at ups for 2 days? You website also states 100% money back guarantee. I was talking to the supervisor who offered me the maximum he could do. 40% So let's see how many lies I was told by your company. #1 that my flowers would be delivered by 5pm. #2 You would call me early enough to try and fix the situation #3 Only allowed 25% off #4 only allowed 40% off. 4 Lies, also you blame me for not paying the extra $10 to have a guaranteed time of before 11am. Even though the regukar time said my flowers will be delivered before 5pm. What` pay extra for 6 hours when I was home all day anyway waiting for them? I will tell you something, Sorry for the inconvenience is a spit in my face when you do not even try and rectify the situation so my daughter could have some flowers at least on her graduation, you say no shop was open, that is another lie because I drove down to the store and bought a marvelous bouquet from Wallgreens fo half the price that you charged me. And the next day with the roses showed up? How do you think they looked 2 days in a card board box with black leaves and stems and dried out petals and all but dead? So not only was it late, they were dead. And twice as much as wallgreens. You have the worst customer service as well. It's bad enough to fail, but to fail, lie and try and lay the blame onto me? 3 strikes you're out. I hope your company continues to fail because you have an giant get a F U from me!

The website is easy to navigate, but I had to return several times to get what I really wanted. For my friend's 65 th birthday, I ordered the " best deal" made of seasonal flowers. The delivered arrangement was 1/3 size of what I expected. I called customer service since 100% guarantee was advertised. The operator only offered 20% refund. I have bought flowers online with other companies and have been very satisfied. I also bought a seasonal arrangement the same day locally for 1/2 the price and 3x the quantity. Disappointing experience!
Everything was fine and received 20 percent off, but at final checkout was surprised to find you have to pay $14.99 handling fee. Should be mentioned upfront.
After delivery, I received an email that I have over $12 credit for a future order if I choose to use it. That was nice to see and helped take the sting out of the handling fee.

It was very easy to place a order online. Service/handling was a bit expensive $14 but got a $11 google discount and beautiful arrangement

Picture was deceiving to product received. Picked upgraded option to have similar to what was pictured but that was not what was received.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
