The package arrived on time but the recipient wasn't home. Customer service said the florist left a message to the recipient but as the buyer, I wasn't notified that the recipient didn't receive the package. Thankfully, I was able to track on the website. I reached to customer service after the 48 hours requested deliver date and Ruth was amazing over the phone and able to send out request to the florist. Thank you, the recipient loved the product.

I ordered the deluxe version of the picture I saw which had many sunflowers in it. The flowers received looked nothing like the picture and I am VERY disappointed!
Excellent customer interface through website, but poor product quality. I ordered orchids for my best friend, spent over $100, and they showed up looking droopy and sadder than she was. Very disappointed. I'll never use this service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
