It is a little confusing about the 20% discount. Before I locked in the discount and after I locked in the discount the price stayed the same. It should be displayed better because it didn't seem like I received the discount.
The online portion was excellent, but the product delivered wasn't as impressive as the picture that sold it. It had roses and carnations, but significantly less than the image...and smaller than expected. It wasn't clear to me that the levels of the bouquet were so different, even though I paid for the middle sized one...otherwise the service was good
There were a lot of choices. I especially loved the quick delivery. My Mom received her candy today and loved that it came in a pretty display. She is in a nursing home so really enjoys getting nice deliveries. Thank You!

I thought I was purchasing an item for under $30. After all the tax, delivery fees, handling and etc, it was a $50 arrangement. I bought it anyway, but am disappointed that it was advertised as a lower cost item.
