Everything was fine up until I received the product which is NOTHING at all like the photo of what was ordered. The arrangement was unrecognizable from the vase used to the actual flowers and arrangement.
I spent time looking for the right arrangement so that it reflected the personality and taste of the recipient. I thoroughly went through the reviews re: this specufic arrangement and anticipated that the arrangement would be of similar look and feel even if the flowers were not necessarily available in the city that I was sending to.
Dallas/Fort Worth is a large and cosmopolitan area and I expected much more care in the design and floral options. Had I known it was going to be as variable as it was, then I would have ordered directly from a florist in the area where I would have had more control over the arrangement. Very disappointed in the final product. I was looking forward to using this site more frequently, but now will not.
I haven't used this service before but the online ordering process was superb. I would not recommend to anyone YET until I hear from the recipient about the product they received. Thank you

My order was suppose to be on Friday. My friend received them on Monday!
I was informed on Saturday that did get out but would be received that day. Late in the day I was informed that it would be Monday. I was disappointed.
They did say I would receive a $20 credit on my net order. Hopefully that will go better.
