Very easy,nice selection, but after the flowers were delivered, I was sent a photo, and was slightly disappointed. It looked cheap and one side was flat,like it had been laid down. I know I could've upgraded, but it definitely didnt portray the picture in the ad. I could've bougthen this arrangement from a supermarket.
