Simple, easy and convenient
These flowers were ordered for a nurse at the hospital. For whatever reason, the delivery could not be left at the nurses station without the recipient present. The recipient does not arrive until this evening for her shift. So the surprise was ruined. Non of this was explained during the ordering process or when I called to try to have the situation resolved. I had to have the delivery dropped off at another residence that was not the recipient's. Being that this is the first time using your service, and with the outcome; I don't think I will be ordering from your service again. Thank you for your time.

EXCELLENT service, excellent delivery time, and very professional staff. I order a beautiful rose bouquet with balloons and a message card to be delivered (as a surprise) to my wife's workplace for her birthday. Although the delivery time said between "9:00am to 5:00pm", she received them within two hours of me making the online order which was fantastic! My wife absolutely loved them and was blown away by not only the surprise but the quality of the flowers and balloons and the professionally printed custom message.

Fast easy great prices. The only thing that was misleading and I'm not satisfied with is the site said they would be able to do same day delivery on the flowers I picked out. However, shortly after I received an email stating that same day delivery was not available after I already paid and completed my order. The same day fee was refunded. But they weren't sent on my moms birthday.
