Most flower delivery services use ugly bouquets, but these flowers were SO beautiful and came with 3 colored balloons. Will definitely use this service again. Also very fast delivery.
I ordered and paid 12.99 for same day delivery and it was delivered today and left downstairs not even delivered to the person I sent it to. Although the company kept answering my texts it did not help the time and stress incurred sending them so I don't know if I'd use this florist again. My girlfriend took a photo for me. It hardly looks like a a bouquet worthy of the price but she was happy as its the thought that counts. I'm just relieved they finally got there even if they didn't even hand deliver!

Your pricing is bait and switch. I click on an item and the pricing isn't the same when it pulls into the order screen. I'm not just referring to you handling fees either
The picture I ordered from didn't look like the flowers received; the mason jar was orange in the picture but a clear mason jar was delivered;
Pricing was higher than expected with the hidden service fees. The flowers were not delivered on time to a hospital. Time is important when family is undergoing surgery procedures.

The actual florist messed up and delivered my daughters gift on the wrong day, about 2 1/2 weeks prior to her birthday. The merchant was good in calling the actual florist, and making things right, but it left a really bad experience with me. Considering this was the 1st time I used this merchant, it did not leave a good first impression.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
