This has been my 3rd time ordering and have loved the prices and ease of ordering. But this time my mom was the recipient of the flowers and a few of them were smashed. :( But she did say other than that VERY BEAUTIFUL!
So disappointed! This is my first and last time I will place an order from 'From you Flowers'. I ordered flowers for my mother's 72nd Birthday, since I could not visit her. I wanted to put a smile on her face for her birthday. Failed! They did not deliver the flowers to her! I called customer service, they apologized and said it will be delivered tomorrow! I told them her birthday is today not tomorrow! Her special day passed! I received an email at 6:30pm, stating me flowers were delivered! Meanwhile, no delivery! The shop was closed at 6pm.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
