I think the service/handling fee is too high
I purchased the 'same day delivery' flowers at 1:17 PM on 11.15.2017. At 3:10 pm on the 'same day' I received an email that in fact it would NOT be same day. Not happy about that. It wasn't even 5pm so all florists in the Houston area were still open but... regardless its done and they were delivered in the following AFTERNOON (even though I requested after emailing yesterday that they be delivered in the morning since the 'same day' didn't happen). Whatever.
I sent the flowers to my daughter who lives 4 hours away. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful. The flower shop was great as they contacted me when I forgot to put the apt number on the order. I will definitely order from them again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
