Great experience all way through
I was extremely satisfied with the selection and pricing on the web site. However, what my friend received looked absolutely nothing at all like the picture. I did send an email in with a photo to show the difference. I was at work and showed coworkers and we were all blown away. I will never use this website again. Very very very disappointed.

It was a surprise delivery at a hospital and they took the time to make sure the flowers made it to their destination. There was a confusion as to who the flowers went to (sent to his name he goes by, not his government name) and they called me and the hospital to figure it out. Great delivery service!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
