Florist claimed to have delivered on date requested but they hadn't. The flowers were delivered late the next day after the dinner party for which they had been ordered had dispersed.

I order an arrangement but got sent a totally different one. I get not all can be like the picture exactly but a totally different arrangement with different flowers and vase all together. Alil upset but whatever.

The flowers were pretty but the arrangement was much smaller than I perceived for the price. Would have appreciated a larger arrangement for the price paid. The arrangement was too dense.
