The flowers my daughter received looked absolutely nothing like the flowers displayed on the website. And it was suppose to be a surprise but the florist called and asked her if they could deliver them. I was really disappointed with the product and the service. My daughter was pleased with the flowers but when I saw no resemblance whatsoever to the ones I paid for I feel ripped off and will not do business with you again. It's unfair to the buyer to show one thing and replace it with another and if that is how it is going to be the buyer should be notified so they can decide if they want to continue with the order or not. And calling to ask if you can deliver flowers when there is not a problem with the address is really uncalled for. A surprise is supposed to be a surprise. I'm sorry for being unhappy with this but you need to know what people can expect from this florist.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
