Experience with site was great. However flowers were marked as delivered at 1pm and never were. I also picked a particular delivery date for a reason. They never showed up. They were delivered the following day. Was highly disappointed about that. However i know it was the local florist not your company. I will definitely order from fromyouflowers.com.

This was the second flower order I made this week. With the first delivery, it was a day late and I had to call twice in order to finally get my flowers. I wasn't happy with the florist, but fromyouflowers.com followed up and made sure we received our order. My second order was on time and the overall experience was great.

I received no confirmation via email that my order was delivered. Went on line to track my order but they never sent me the correct number to use for tracking. The communication was very poor when I called them today and they were unable to answer any of my questions! I will never use them again!
Florist claimed to have delivered on date requested but they hadn't. The flowers were delivered late the next day after the dinner party for which they had been ordered had dispersed.
The received item was much different than the picture provided. Although the flowers received we're beautiful, we expected more Autumn and Fallish colors to be used.
