Flowers were attractive. All looked fresh.
It wasn't clear during checkout if I got the airline miles. That should have been clearly indicated somewhere during the online shopping process. The airline confirmed it later, so it worked out fine. The Thanksgiving centerpiece flowers were well-received by my wife and mother-in-law, thanks.

The flowers arrived on time but did not look like the ones I ordered. The roses were supposed to be light pink but were dark pink; there were no berries in the bouquet I ordered but berries in the bouquet that arrived; the vase was pictured as red but was clear. I ordered "deluxe" but it didn't reflect that in the size that was received.
