I was not pleased with my original order, hence the $20 gift card. Since trying to use it, I decided the delivery was too expensive and left the site, Then a popup offered me free delivery to finish the order, so i did...to see my discount on the flowers i chose was removed. Seems like a lot of bait & switch going on. I hope the florist you choose on this orde is better than the last. Quality of the flowers will determine if i use your company again.

Great until i saw $14.99 for Service/Handling was not happy.

The flowers received looks like regular maybe a deluxe but definitely not a premium. Not happy at all. I will not purchase from you again!

Ordering is easy - delivery last time was very quick.
I was a bit disappointed that it appeared that the credit was coming off of the posted price, that was not clear.

On this last, my 2nd order, delivery was also within a short time or ordering. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers. Truly is an easy way to send flowers and a message.

I took a leap of faith in buying this arrangement in the past I have ordered from other places and the product doesn't usually look like what is advertised or do not they last very long. I bought this for my Great Aunt who is 86 years old. It is so hard to buy for an older person. She doesn't decorate anymore. She called crying when they got to her apartment. She couldn't get over how beautiful they are. Thank you for helping to make her holiday a little brighter. I will definitely order from you again. Again, thank you and have a great holiday.

I was extremely embarressed with the arrangement that was delivered to my mother for her 66th birthday! The arrangement was full of "holes", as if no filler was added, and there was no bow or card (which I specifically requested). The issue was handled in a timely manner after I expressed my disappointment to customer service. I was given a 25% refund, which was nice, but it doesn't make up for the fact that my "special" gift for my mother was ruined. This was my first time ordering from your website and, I will have to say, it was not a very good one. Thank you for offering some sort of refund but, unfortunately, bad experiences are hard to forget.
