I was provided a discount, along with an easy shopping experience. The only thing I disliked was seeing my full total at the very end of ordering; I would have liked to see it before checking out in order to prevent backtracking.
I purchased two of the same item to be delivered to two different relatives ( both the deluxe version of the arrangement). One of them was gorgeous and I am very satisfied. The other had very few roses and no baby breath. It looked so plain I was very disappointed for the price.

I ordered the Christmas tree flower arrangement and that is not what my son and his fiancé received. The bouget was not in a tree shape at all and there was only 1 pine on it!
GOOD: Delivery time was as promised. BAD: Received a note stating that flower types not available in area and proper substitution would be made. Ok. That is understandable but If I had known what the arrangement would like like, I would've cancelled the order.

They were delivered on the wrong day
Order was again substituted with an unacceptable bouquet. I take the time to look through all the arrangements and select one that I feel conveys to my Aunt my respect and admiration for her. Red and white carnations were chosen for their appearance and as they would last until Christmas -that"s not what was delivered - substitution is totally unacceptable. Offer of $10 credit for next order is also unacceptable.
The Flowers were sent to my sister. I haven't been able to see them, but she seemed very pleased with the flowers she received.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
