Thank you for getting them there on time for our Mother's Christmas Eve... with such short notice on my part!

The flowers are always as good as the pictures on the website if not better.
Easy and great selections. However, I had to call to make sure my order went through because I did not receive a confirmation email. The customer service rep did send me one a few hours after my call. Overall, the flowers made my in laws very happy for Christmas, they received them on Christmas Eve by 9:30 am
It would be nice if you included the delivery fee prior to the transaction being made.
Prices were okay what I didn't like is that I asked them to deliver by 3 and they said they could. I ended up changing the address because it was already 5 and I had to tell my best friend about her surprise. The flowers were for her bad day she was having.

I'm not from USA so the price to me seem to be a little bit too much, but I understand that it probably wasn't, my friend was amazed when she saw the flowers, so thank you so much, giving the fact that I ordered the flowers from outside USA, it arrive on time, and made my friend really happy!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
