Placing the order was very easy. Also seemed cheaper than the other flower delivery sites I'd used before once taxes and fees were included. I am in New York and ordered a basket floral arrangement to be delivered in Florida. I placed the order late on December 23rd, at around10pm for next day delivery on Christmas Eve. I got a call from the person it went to at around 10 am the next day that it had been delivered and apparently the arrangement was quite beautiful. Overall a pleasant surprise for such fast turnaround.

I honestly wanted to write a great review- however, I ordered a premium same day delivery Christmas bouquet as a gift- it was delivered the following day and it was not even close to the premium full beautiful bouquet that I paid for.
These promo discounts are a bit misleading as it's not indicated that the prices shown are already discount (leaving the customer to think that there'll be a discount on the prices shown when selecting the floral arrangements)...

My 79 year old mom received her flowers. She loved them. My sister took a picture and it was pretty but not as pretty as it should have been. There were more of the white flowers than carnations which is my moms favorite and why i chose that arrangement.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
