We sent two identical bouquets (one to each mother) they were supposed to be roses but one was carnations, disappointing.

I placed an order the morning of Dec. 24,2017 to be delivered the same day. I was surprised to find out that my gift of flowers was received not long after I placed the order. I am pleased with the ease of ordering and the prompt attention that was given to me order.

Timely and reasonable priced..
I ordered 2 (the same) flower arrangements. The picture showed on your website is full red, with at least 6 roses, 6 large carnations and plenty red decorations. What my sisters got were "half red and half green". There were only 2 roses, 3 large carnations, 13 small pink carnations, 1 red ornaments, 3 green ornaments. This is totally different than what I have expected. It is such an embracement. I am very disappointed.

At payment screen, does not show product ordered. No further info given till delivered, and that did not show what was ordered or who receipient was. No card on delivery, so recipient had no idea who was from. I HAD TO ASK THEM IF THEY RECEIVED. HUH?
Very fast and easy but when they were delivered they weren't really fresh
Easy for me because I am home bound. The one I ordered to go to Shelbyville, Indiana was not at all like the one pictured on the website. The one that was sent had very few flowers in it. It was also sent two days earlier than I ordered it to be sent.
The sight is easy to use and I hope the end product is as nice as the shopping experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
