I had asked for delivery on Dec 24 instead it was delivered on Dec 23. They claimed due to weather but there was no inclement weather at the delivery site. Also the flowers were sub-par. Too many carnations and not enough roses per photo. Disappointed.
Both of the arrangements weren't what I ordered and were not worth the $50.00 dollars a piece I paid very disappointed and upset with the ugly flowers...thanks for ruining the Christmas arrangement I selected for family. Mrs. Moran-Friedly

I didn't receive the item that I ordered and the item they replaced it with wasn't up to my satisfaction. However they did give me a discount right away and a coupon for a future order.
It was very frustrating because everything I picked wasn't available in the Zip code and it took forever. Even when i clicked the link for available in the zip code they weren't always available and even though they said next day deliver I was not able to order a plant and I checked them all to be delivered the next day. I have been using this site for several years now this was by far my worst experience.

Wasn't delivered in a timely fashion; however, it was the Friday before Christmas.
Flowers always look beautiful order didn't look anything like picture. Vase was bad. I called florist and they cheerfully redid flowers after we discussed alternatives. They were great.
Didn't get here Christmas Eve as requested, but they came Christmas Day evening.

Price changes a lot at check out. Show the delivery etc at the time of choosing an item would make it easier to select
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
