Quick and easy service, my delivery was not on time as the internet said it would be with in 4 hours. I called to find out where it was which was total of 6 1/2 hours and it still did not arrive. Called customer service and they did give me a credit for the rush time. Flowers was delivered the next day
Placing an order for flowers was very easy.
Picture of flower arrangement was much better than actual arrangement. Price was much higher than expected from initial listing with discount. Final price with shipping was almost double.

This is the second time we have used this site. Everything went as desired again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
