Very unhappy with the flowers. Not at all what I expected. Flower arrangement looked cheap and didn't even fill the vase. Horrible.
I did not see the flowers. I live in Ct. I sent them to my aunt in Pa. She said she got them and that they were yellow and blue. She didn't say much else. They were delivered a day later than I wanted, but I ordered them at 2:55 with the same day fee added. I guess that was too late in the day. The extra fee was refunded because they were delivered the next day which was okay.
Is the Service/Handling charge the same thing as the delivery charge?
The flowers was really pretty and the delivery was on time.

For $66 I was surprised how little the balloon bouquet was. However, my friend was happy with it and that's what counts.

I loved how quickly everything got put together but I was a little disappointed with the arrangement my recipient received. It didn't really resemble the one I'd selected online. I'd spent a good amount of time trying to decide which company to use and which arrangement to choose so it was frustrating to see that it didn't look like the one I'd picked. I felt like all that time was wasted.

The roses were perfect but I am very disappointed with the decorative case- I was charged over $12 for it and it was only big enough for a small narrow bunch of flowers, and definitely could not accommodate 2 dozen roses. Also it was a clear case with a plastic decorative insert - on the website it appears that the vase itself has the wording and pattern. Certainly if a vase is offered for purchase it should be the appropriate size.
Happy i was able to order flowers online for delivery the night before i needed them.

I did not get to see the flowers in person. A photo was sent to me by a relative that was present at the funeral. It doesn't look exactly like the photo shown online but overall it looks really good.

What i picked out and paid for was not even close to what eas delivered. I should be refunded.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
