Price wasn't that much lower than other purchases I have made online. However, we had been given the wrong address for the hospital facility. Your florist made extra calls and tracked down the recipient of the flowers in another rehab facility. Very much appreciated! Recipient says the flowers are lovely. Nice to be able to send flowers to another state (Idaho, in this case) and be sure that they are as promised.

The flowers I chose for my friend appeared to be fresh and nicely arranged. I liked the vase that was chosen. It was delivered within 4 hours from the time I ordered them. I did not mind paying the extra $2.99 for same day delivery, but felt that the service and handling fee was excessive; $15. That cost was not revealed until one reviewed their order. Even though I supposedly saved 20%, it was made up for with that S&H fee. Otherwise, very pleased.
Reasonable prices; I've ordered several times and I was always satisfied. My order is scheduled to be delivered on 1/12/18. I hope it arrives before 2, that's when my daughter leaves work. Very Satified, the order was delivered at 10:30 to her and she Loves them. Thanks

Everything went smoothly, but the flowers delivered were different colors than the flowers I ordered online. Maybe that possibility was mentioned on the website, but I was confused by it. The colors online were much more appropriate for the occasion than the ones delivered. That's the only thing. Everything else was great.
My 1st order, the flowers that were received didn't look like the ones that I had ordered. I'm hoping it's not the case this time. Also I can't use all of my credits/discounts on a single order. So I guess I'll just loose out on them.
After seeing what was delivered from my second order, I will never order from this website again. They look nothing like the picture of what I ordered.

Quick and easy service, my delivery was not on time as the internet said it would be with in 4 hours. I called to find out where it was which was total of 6 1/2 hours and it still did not arrive. Called customer service and they did give me a credit for the rush time. Flowers was delivered the next day
Placing an order for flowers was very easy.
Picture of flower arrangement was much better than actual arrangement. Price was much higher than expected from initial listing with discount. Final price with shipping was almost double.
Delivery was outstanding.
