I didnt see the flowers but she said they were lovely They were delerved to next door and they brought them over later but she was home so questioned that. She is hard of hearing which might have been the problem but thought they could have called and said they were on way with a delevery.

I placed my order pretty sure before 11am. Was delivered after 6:00pm!... I think it was way to long... I understand that there could be a lot of same day deliveries, but i think something can be done about it, so you can deliver in less time.
I was happy that I was able to get same day delivery, however while I expected to pay for the delivery I would have liked to know how much delivery would cost before check out.
Process was user friendly-my recipient reports the flowers were very fresh and reflected exactly the order I made.

Pic I was sent of flowers seemed nice arrangement. Same day delivery was great. Flowers were delivered as soon as recipient arrived home.
Ti placed the order on line, 2 different flower arrangements for a funeral to be delivered at the same time, same place and sadley they charged me for 2 next day delivery charge and 2 shipping and handling charges don't think they should o fcharged me twice. Was disappointed especially because it was fora funeral.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
